Return / Exchange Policy
This Return / Exchange Policy explains the terms and process for returning or exchanging products purchased from Ekvedicherbs. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product does not meet quality standards.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Return / Exchange Period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Conditions for Return / Exchange
If you are dissatisfied with a product or find any manufacturing or packaging defects:
- Contact the Direct Seller / Company within 15 days of purchase.
- Provide a reason for return and submit the product along with the original invoice or receipt.
- The Direct Seller will resolve the issue through a refund or replacement.
- The Direct Seller can return the product to the Company with the original invoice.
- The Company will provide either a free replacement or a cash voucher (zero BV) valid for 30 days.
Please ensure:
- The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- All accessories, tags, and documents are included.

- Product Return Form
- Reason for return
- Copy of invoice
- Product(s) being returned
Note: This policy does not cover products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Ekvedicherbs will arrange and cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cooling Off Policy
If a Direct Seller resigns within 30 days of registration, they can return any eligible products (unopened, unused, resaleable, restockable, unaltered) for a refund. Bonuses paid and BV (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
